  2. Executing local sourcing strategies, including:

    • Community groups

    • Colleges & training institutes

    • Women networks & NGOs

    • Social media, job portals, referrals, and walk-ins

  3. Scheduling and coordinating interviews and store trials

  4. Maintaining a structured database of shortlisted and onboarded candidates

  5. Assisting with documentation, background verification, and onboarding

  6. Supporting engagement and retention initiatives for part-time female staff

  7. Tracking and reporting daily/weekly hiring metrics and closures

  8. Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws

  9. Building a talent pipeline for future staffing needs


Skills Required
