The Campus Ambassador (CA) internship invites enthusiastic, proactive and tech‑savvy students to represent UrjaSangam in their colleges, build awareness, drive participation and engage peers. The CA role continues until the fest concludes (10th–16th November 2025).
Eligibility & Skills
- Open to all college students (any year, any branch).
- Strong communication and social media skills preferred.
- Active presence on Instagram, X (Twitter) and WhatsApp/college community groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Promotion: Share official UrjaSangam posters and stories on Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms; tag the fest handles: Instagram: @urjasangam.rgipt, LinkedIn: Urja Sangam, RGIPT. Share posts in college/community groups and submit screenshots/links in CA WhatsApp groups as proof.
- Offline Promotion: Print and display official posters on college notice boards, canteens or tech club areas; submit photo/video proof from at least two locations. Creativity and teamwork in offline promotion earn bonus points.
- Performance Tracking: Collect registrations using your unique CA referral code and submit required proofs via the official CA Portal / Google Form shared through email or WhatsApp group.

- Each CA receives a unique referral code to track registrations.
- Scoring breakdown for evaluation:
- Registrations using your unique CA code: 250 points per registration
- Poster display proof: 50 points
- Social media post/repost/story proof: 15 points
- Engagement (likes/comments/followers reached): 5 points
- Consistency and creativity in promotion: up to 20 bonus points
- Referral reward: For every 10 successful registrations, a CA earns 1 free Golden Pass. The pass is valid only if the CA attends the fest in person and applies to the fest category (Urjotsav, Kaltarang, Energia or Sauhardya) where the CA brings the most registrations.
