**Internship Opportunity: Backend Development Intern**

You will engage with various database technologies—including relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB—to perform data modeling and querying tasks. Experience with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools such as SQLAlchemy and data validation libraries like Pydantic will be crucial to effectively handle data management and validation responsibilities.
Security and data integrity are paramount; you will implement fundamental security measures and data validation techniques, including authentication mechanisms using JWT or OAuth protocols. Familiarity with server frameworks and tools such as Uvicorn (ASGI server) and containerization platforms like Docker will enable you to contribute to the deployment and scalability of backend services effectively.
In addition to coding and development tasks, you will participate in setting up Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate and streamline the build and deployment processes. Writing comprehensive unit and integration tests using testing frameworks like pytest will be part of your quality assurance duties to maintain robust and reliable codebases.
**Required Qualifications:**
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Python programming and possess familiarity with FastAPI or similar Python-based web frameworks. A foundational understanding of RESTful API design principles and modern software development processes is essential.
Hands-on experience with various database systems, including both SQL and NoSQL databases, alongside proficiency using ORMs is required.
