Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth application deployments.
- Automate deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to identify areas for improvement.
- Help in developing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure systems comply with security and compliance standards.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to sprint planning.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project deliverables.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Experience or understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
