Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of one or more solutions offered by CloudEagle.
- Assist customers in implementing and adopting these solutions, ensuring long-term value delivery.
- Monitor and track detailed adoption metrics to ensure the product meets customer expectations.
- Become a subject matter expert in the relevant domain and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Identify customer pain points, gather feedback, and suggest improvements for product enhancement.
- Act as the customer's voice in product discussions, sharing insights and feedback with internal teams.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, providing updates and showcasing metrics.
- Create comprehensive help documentation and instructional videos for the Help Center.
- Prepare and maintain demo environments to support the Sales team.
