Key Responsibilities:
As a Backend Developer Intern, you will:

- Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and security.
- Optimize database queries and structures for high performance.

- Collaborate with the team on feature development and problem-solving.
- AI Integration:
- Work on integrating AI components such as pre-trained models, data processing pipelines, and AI-driven features.

- Performance and Maintenance:
- Conduct performance testing and optimization to ensure backend systems meet standards for scalability and responsiveness.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Programming Proficiency:
- Strong skills in Python or Node.js, focusing on server-side development.
- API Development:
- Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs.
- Database Knowledge:
- Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar systems.
- Cloud Platforms:
- Experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for application deployment and management.
- Containerization:
- Understanding of tools like Docker and orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
- AI/ML Integration (Preferred):
- Hands-on experience with integrating or deploying AI/ML models.
- Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, and knowledge of ETL processes or data pipelines is a bonus.
Other Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s/Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
