Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth interaction between server and mobile app.
- Work with designers and product managers to create user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Apply modern mobile development practices, including Redux for state management and libraries like React Native Paper.
- Optimize app performance and scalability for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Write clean, efficient code following industry best practices and standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across multiple mobile devices and operating systems.
- Enhance code quality by performing code reviews and testing app components.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile app development and deployment.
- Proficient in JavaScript with a strong grasp of ES6+ features.
- Familiar with mobile-specific libraries and APIs, such as Redux, Axios, and AsyncStorage.
- Knowledge of mobile design principles and responsive design practices.
- Basic understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous data handling.
- Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
- Comfortable working in a remote setup.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud services like AWS or Firebase for backend integrations.
- Knowledge of app deployment processes for both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).
- Understanding of mobile security best practices.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Expo framework, and containerization tools like Docker.
