As a Back-end Software Developer at iDesign, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, full-stack team developing cutting-edge management systems. Working closely with managers and a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll help shape user experience within our product development group.
Location: Shivalik Colony, Malviya Nagar, Delhi
Experience Required: 3+ years
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Programming, or related field.
- Proficiency in the MERN Stack, including Node.js, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Strong grasp of web development cycles, programming tools, and techniques.
- A focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvements.
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data, processes, and code to identify improvements and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and team members to align on objectives and build cohesive, functional code.
- Document data and report findings to relevant parties, including clients and leadership.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay current with best practices, explore new programming languages, and support team growth.
About the Founders: The team is led by Ashish Dhingra, an alumnus of XIM Bhubaneswar and the School of Planning & Architecture, with deep experience in interior design, alongside Sunil Bhakuni, who brings extensive tech expertise from startups like Jabong.com, CarDekho, AWS, and Lenskart. Together, they’ve spent over two years building iDesign Pro, a platform they believe has the potential to become a household name in the home design industry.
